This API Service Level Agreement ("SLA") governs the use of the API under the terms of the Terms of Service (the “TOS”) between Cloudnine Weather ("Cloudnine Weather" or "OpenSnow" or "StormNet" or "we" or "us") and users of the API (“you” or “Customer”). This SLA applies separately to each account using the API. Unless otherwise provided herein, this SLA is subject to the terms of the TOS and capitalized terms will have the meaning specified in the TOS. We reserve the right to change the terms of this SLA in accordance with the TOS.
1. Service Commitment
We will use commercially reasonable efforts (Site24x7) to make the API available 99.95% of the time. In the event we do not meet the goal of 99.95% API availability between January 1 and December 31, you will be eligible to receive a Service Credit. The Service Credit shall be issued to the Customer's balance for future use only. No refunds or cash value will be provided. Service Credits may not be transferred or applied to any other account.
2. Attribution
The OpenSnow logo (“Powered by OpenSnow") is required on every screen that presents data from the OpenSnow API.
The StormNet logo (“Powered by StormNet”) is required on every screen that presents data from the StormNet API.
3. Technical Support
We do not provide technical assistance or integration guidance of any kind in connection with the API. Documentation is made available on an "as-is" basis. We have no obligation to respond to support requests, bug reports, or feature requests. Customers are solely responsible for all integration and implementation efforts.
4. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this SLA at any time. Continued use of the API after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised SLA.
