Use this map to view the current PM 2.5 air quality index from PurpleAir sensors. Shown as the 10-minute average for the past 24 hours and available worldwide.
The higher the AQI value, the greater the level of air pollution and the greater the health concern.
Here is a guide to the Air Quality Index (AQI) ratings that our displayed on this map:
- Good (AQI of 0 to 50)
- Moderate (AQI of 51 to 100)
- At Risk (AQI of 101 to 150)
- Unhealthy (AQI of 151 to 500)
- Hazardous (AQI of 500 or Higher)
Instructions to view the Air Quality map:
- Tap the "Maps" tab.
- Tap the overlay button.
- Tap "Air Quality Real-Time".
- Scrub the bottom slider.
