The "Pro Preview" badge that we currently have displayed on OpenSnow indicates a new feature that we're releasing to every All-Access subscriber to test and experiment with in early 2025.
What is All-Access Pro?
All-Access Pro will be a new plan that will be available alongside our existing Group, Single, and Trip plans in 2025.
When will the Pro subscription be available?
We will be releasing the new Pro plan later in 2025. It will include every feature that is currently labeled with the "Pro Preview" badge, along with existing and new features that are yet to be released.
How much will the Pro subscription cost?
The All-Access Pro subscription price is still TBD. It will cost more than the All-Access Group subscription ($49.99 USD per year) due to the investments that we're making in AI (tap here) and the computing power that will be needed to host these new features.
Why will these features be included in a new Pro subscription?
The features that we'll be releasing under the new All-Access Pro plan are features that not everyone will need outside of the weather nerds, snow enthusiasts, and guide/pro-level athletes who really want to dig into the details.
Will you be removing features from the existing plans?
This is something that we're considering. Most people simply want the high-level details (hourly and daily forecasts) for their favorite ski resorts and they don't use a majority of the features available under the existing plans. The hope is that this will align each subscriber with the features that they need for a fair price.
