Via Desktop or Mobile Web
- Click 'Log In'
- Click 'Forgot your password?'
- Enter your email address and click 'Send Email'
An email will be sent to this address with a link to reset your password. If you don't see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you would like to update your password after you log in, follow these steps:
- Click 'Settings'
- Click 'Change Password'
- Enter a new password and click 'Change Password'
If you cannot remember the email that is linked to your account or fail to receive a temporary password, contact our support team by sending an email to hello@opensnow.com
Via iOS or Android app
- Open the OpenSnow app
- Tap 'Log In'
- Enter your email address and click 'Next'
An email will be sent to this address with a link to login. If you don't see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you would like to update your password after you log in, follow these steps:
- Open the OpenSnow app
- Tap 'Settings' in the bottom right-hand corner
- Tap 'Your Profile'
- Update your password and click 'Change Password'
