Have you just purchased your All-Access subscription through the App Store or Google Play but still can't see the All-Access features?

Please go through the following steps to restore your purchase:

In the OpenSnow app:

  1. Tap the "Settings" tab in the bottom navigation.
  2. Scroll down and tap "Restore Purchase".
This should fix the problem and get you upgraded to All-Access.

If it doesn’t, please send an email to hello@opensnow.com with your receipt from Apple or Google.
