Have you just purchased your OpenSnow subscription through the App Store or Google Play but still can't see the paid features?

Please go through the following steps to restore your purchase:

In the OpenSnow app:

  1. Tap the "Settings" icon in the upper right.
  2. Scroll down and tap "Restore Purchase".
This should fix the problem and get you upgraded.

If it doesn’t, please send an email to hello@opensnow.com with your receipt from Apple or Google.
